Oh my god, the restless legs are driving me NUTS. I could not sleep for crap last night and left work early because I felt so out of it. Now they're back at it and I just want to sleep!!!

I feel ya. They drive me insane and I usually end up violently kicking the blankets. It never helps, but seems appropriate at the time.

Tried eating a banana in the evening? Running leg syndrome can be relieved with magnesium and potassium (says the woman who has it often because she's a coeliac and struggles to maintain those).

Give it a shot :)

I didn't have this at all with my first pregnancy, but it's driving me craaaaaazy this time! I'm actually getting out of bed earlier so that I can end the torture!

Definately take a magnesium supplement if you aren't already...

Lotion, lotion and repeat helps me. Dry skin makes mine SO MUCH worse.

I was told to try calcium. It really helped with the leg aches, cramps and restless legs!

Reiterating cal-mag. I used this stuff that dissolved in water, kinda like how that airborne product does. Take it at night before bed because it could make you sleepy!
