I thought I'd do an update post as to how my preemie baby is doing because the community did not have too much information when I looked through the preemie tag when I had Hazel.
Hazel is now gestational age 32 weeks 4 days, adjusted age 6 weeks one day old. She has gone from just under a pound to 3 lbs and 12 ounces and continues to eat and grow! She is now off of her CPAP, breathing room air and adjusting her own body temperature. She gets fed my breast milk through a tube, but next week we will get to try oral feedings!

Hopefully Hazel will be coming home around or a little before her due date of April 21st. We are halfway there! This has been the hardest, most emotional time of my life, but with each milestone we make, I know it's worth it!
